We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

The item is made specifically for you. Each item in our shop is unique. We create every single one with care and attention to detail. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order, we will gladly assist.

SHIPPING

Shipping Charges

The shipping rate will be calculated during checkout.

Estimate Shipping & Processing Time

We ship using USPS and UPS. Tracking is included.

Processing time varies. Our current turnaround time is 2-3 weeks.

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping Claims

We are not responsible for lost packages or damages during shipment. If your packaged is lost or your items arrived damaged, we can initiate a claim with USPS or UPS. If the claim is approved, we can issue you a refund or send you a replacement.

STAINS & COLORS

Please note that colors may vary on different screens. The colors will also vary by piece as each piece of wood has different grain patterns. Each item will be unique, which is the beauty of natural wood! The color of the photo may also vary depending on the lighting. We do our best to take high quality photos, but variations may exist.

PROOFS & MOCK-UPS

We will work with you through all the details. We will provide a mock-up design for you to approve prior to production. Once you confirm the mock-up, we will proceed with the order.

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the mock-up is correct.

PRICING

The price is listed on each specific item for you to see. If you want something different than what you see, email us and we will let you know the cost.
