HOW EARLY IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO ORDER FROM YOU?

It takes about 2-3 weeks to produce and ship your order. If you need your order earlier, please contact us and we will let you know if we can make it possible. 

HOW DO I SPECIFY THE TEXT FOR MY SIGN?

Before adding an item to the cart, specify the text in the corresponding box. 

CAN I SEND YOU SAMPLE PHOTOS IF I WANT SOMETHING DIFFERENT?

Yes! If you want something different than what you see, please contact us before you purchase! Provide as much detail as possible. Email contact@carvedit.com and we will get in touch with you! We will work with you via email to bring your vision to life.  

WHAT THICKNESS ARE THE 3D SIGNS?

It depends on the product. The standard thickness for the base of the signs is 3/4" inch thick. The standard thickness for 3D is 1/4" inch thick. However, please see the description for the specific item for more information. 

CAN I SEE A MOCK-UP?

We will send you a mock-up before production. We will work with you through all the details to make sure you are happy with your order. 

HOW DO I KNOW THE COST OF MY ITEM?

You will see the item cost listed on the product page. When you checkout, you will also see the total cost prior to check out. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once we begin production on your custom order, we cannot cancel. However, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
